All services can be offered through the internet or on a face to face basis although it is recommended that an initial consultation meeting take place to discuss the basis of any transaction. We offer an initial consultation at a reasonable one off fee, when the initial consultation has taken place, and a client wants the firm to act for him or requires further advice then the client can take matters further and instruct the firm to act for him and can either pay a one off fee or pay on a regular basis when he is sent an invoice. All matters are dealt with on a one to one basis by a fee earner who is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a Licensed Conveyancer who has many years experience of working in the law The same person deals with your matter throughout and a client does not get passed around from department to department never knowing who is dealing with a file.

Probate is dealt with on a one to one basis from initial instructions through to final distribution of the estate. Willwriting is also offered on a one to one basis, especially single and mirror wills. A home visit can also be offered on enquiry.
